RiftSMP is an independently operated Minecraft community. Contact minecraftriftsmp@gmail.com. Before paid checkout opens, the store will identify the responsible seller and provide its required business/contact information and checkout terms.

Use your own Minecraft account and keep link codes and recovery references private. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, duplicate items, harass players or abuse rewards with alternate accounts. Staff actions should follow the published rules; use the private appeal form to request a review. Normal Survival bases remain raidable. Spawn, arenas and server infrastructure are protected.

Read each product’s actual perks and crate odds before purchasing. Ranks are intended to carry over between seasons; seasonal inventories and progression can reset as announced. Daily kits have rolling 24-hour cooldowns; expeditions have rolling 72-hour entry cooldowns. Equipment can be lost through normal gameplay. Material product changes will be communicated; legal remedies remain available.

All advertised dollar prizes are Rift store credit, not real-money payouts. Eligibility, anti-abuse checks, deadlines and tie rules appear on the season page. No active season deadline is implied before a season is announced. Staff may investigate suspicious scores and document a correction; players can request review.

Maintenance, outages and balancing updates can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a server free of every bug. These terms do not exclude liabilities or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Community sanctions and payment disputes receive human review rather than blanket automatic penalties.
