Refund policy

Checkout is currently disabled. When enabled, the final price, taxes, delivery terms and payment-provider terms will be shown before you pay. Use your exact Minecraft name, including the Bedrock prefix. Preview crate contents and probabilities before buying; keys give a random result, not a guaranteed item.

Contact us with your order reference, Minecraft name and a description of the issue. Do not include card numbers or passwords. We will check delivery records and correct an undelivered or incorrect purchase, or arrange a refund where appropriate. Inventory items lost through ordinary advertised gameplay are not automatically a delivery fault.

Contact us promptly to request a review. Eligibility depends on the purchase, whether it was delivered or used, the applicable payment-provider terms and your legal rights. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights. Any request to start digital delivery before a cancellation period ends must be explained and agreed at checkout.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact your payment provider and us. We use order and delivery records to investigate. Payment reversals may require removal of the associated entitlements after review; they do not automatically justify unrelated punishments. We cannot guarantee protection against every dispute or chargeback.

Competition rewards are Rift store credit, not cash. They are nontransferable, have no cash redemption value and use the advertised in-game redemption menu. Store credit does not change your statutory rights for paid purchases.
